Our Collective Outcomes

  • 11,000 individuals retained or obtained affordable housing
  • 13,000 people gained job skills and basic skills to compete in job market
  • 4,000 individuals served by agencies operating under a Housing First philosophy
  • 63 out-of-school-time program sites demonstrated effective connections with schools
  • Nearly 500 children were retained in community child care programs through consultation
  • Nearly 6,000 youth matched with supportive adult mentors
