Thank you for your interest in affiliation with the United Way of Massachusetts Bay. Though we are not currently accepting applications for affiliation, you may complete this form to alert us as to your interest, and we will notify you when an appropriate opportunity becomes available. We will also share notice of any grant opportunities as they arise.

Before you apply, please view the map of our service area to make sure your agency is located in our service area. We cannot accept applications from organizations outside our geographic reach.
