Coordinated by the Wheelock College Aspire Institute, Together for Quality (TQ4) is a new statewide collaboration designed to advance Massachusetts' Quality Rating Improvement System (QRIS).
The QRIS, created by the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care (EEC), rates the quality of early education and out-of-school-time (OST) programs.
