Faith and Action 2008 Grant Application process

United Way of Massachusetts Bay and Merrimack Valley invites faith-based organizations within our service area who are meeting the needs of youth with multiple barriers to success (high-risk youth) to submit grant applications to our Faith and Action Initiative.

An electronic copy of the application must be received via email by Thursday, May 8, 2008 @ 11:00 AM. Please indicate which attachments are included in your electronic submission. If you have attachments that are not available in electronic form, please indicate this in the text of your email (i.e. “included with the hard copy submission”). Information will only be accepted in the following formats: PDF, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and/or Microsoft Power Point. A hard copy of ALL Application Materials must be delivered/mailed by Thursday, May 8, 2008.
