The guiding mission of Mujeres Unidas en Acción (MUA) is to offer an educational program that provides low-income Latina women the tools and resources needed to empower themselves and to take control of their lives and effect change within their families. This enables them to participate more actively in the political, social and economic life not only of the Latino community but also of society at large.
